1. Delivery with Predict
We offer you a flexible delivery with DPD Predict. DPD will always inform you of the delivery day by email. They even tell you the name of the DPD driver, as well as the position in their delivery queue. Is the day inconvenient for you? If so, you can:
- change your delivery date
- arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address
- deliver it to your neighbour
- drop it off at your local Pickup parcelshop
Your order will take 2 days to reach you. The time depends on the delivery address.
We try to deliver all orders placed before 12 noon in Belgium, Luxembourg or the Netherlands the next working day. For France, Germany and the United Kingdom we try to deliver within 2 working days. You can always follow your package by means of the track & trace code.
In some cases, the delivery of the package may be delayed for one day. The cooling and packaging is calculated to withstand this.
Please enter an address where you know the recipient will be present to accept the package. You can have your order delivered at home, at work, with family or friends.
2. DPD Pickup
Do you prefer to collect your package personally? You can have the chocolates delivered at a DPD Pickup parcel shop.
If that is what you want, make sure to check the box “Deliver at DPD Pickup Parcel Shop”. Then select the shop closest to you.
Please note: an order must be picked up at the parcel shop on the day of delivery. Your order is not refrigerated in the parcel shop, so timely pickup is important!
Not at home when the DPD driver comes? You can select a redelivery option on the DPD website. Enter your reference number and postcode on the website to see where the driver left your 'sorry we missed you' card, and then select the redelivery or collect option you'd prefer.
You're spoilt for choice! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour or drop it off at your local Pickup parcelshop.
